User-generated content: You retain ownership of your original content, but grant Flare a license to display and distribute it within the app for service operation and improvement.

Host responsibilities: Hosts are responsible for accurate event details, legal compliance, venue requirements, and attendee safety instructions.

Availability: Flare is continuously evolving. We may update app features, introduce new services, and adjust policies with reasonable notice.

Liability: Flare helps connect people to nightlife opportunities but is not liable for physical events, third-party actions, or outcomes beyond the platform features we provide.
